While I could not feel any better after leaving a visit, the staff is extremely unaccomodating to emergency situations. It makes going to an awesome doctor, a frustrating and bad experience.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. They didn't exaggerate their abilities at all, which has been a problem at some of the other places I've visited. I got what was promised. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients.
