Dr. Bart is attentive and thorough. I am very happy with my exam and new glasses. He found a problem, showed me a picture of it, and sent me to a retina specialist for a second opinion. It turned out I needed laser surgery to prevent a detached retina. He probably saved the sight in that eye.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

This is a very expensive optometrist to go to. The eye exam was not that expensive, but they frames and lenses were definitely marked up more than they said it would be. People there were a bit dishonest about the prices. If price is a concern, I would avoid this place.
