I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I was treated as an individual whose problem was unique to me. My medical problems of arthritis, inability to handle items easily was considered in my hearing aid fit and it has changed my life-Thank-you I now can hear my family

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
