Dr. Gall is brilliant Neurosurgeon. He spent time with me, and even comforted me as i made my decision. His bedside manner echoes that of a man who is deeply entrenched and detailed in his profession. While we as patients become emotionally involved because of the intimate feelings that being repaired ignites, Dr Gall stays the course, leaving emotion out of the equation. And this is as it should be. For some, it may feel uncomfortable, but for those of us who understand the importance of keeping professional interests and personal interests separate, will understand Dr. Gall's etiquette, and the need for anyone to give you the best results are instrumental to success. Dr. Gall isn't there to have coffee with you. He is there to provide you a service, and his service is GOLD STANDARD. When you get his brilliance, you'll find a smile beneath his stoic genius. I also admire Dr. Gall for his patience. As i sat in the hospital room in great pain, he asked how i was feeling. I lamented that i was still in severe pain. He simply retorted, "give it time Mr. McDaniel." And sure enough, Dr. Gall was correct. He performed what i would call a difficult 4 hour operation on me. Going through the front of my neck to my spine. 7 days later, and I feel ready to lasso the Moon. Thank you, Dr. Gall. I love you!~ Brandon

He did what other doctors couldn't & wouldn't do.
I was told I would remain paralyzed from the waist down & in excruciating pain. After months of this I decided to get a second & third opinion. Dr. GALL was the only Dr. That just felt good to my spirit. Immediately after surgery the pain was gone & I could walk. I only had paralysis in one foot now! One month later & still pain free & the numbness in my foot is going away.
I only gave him 4 stars because he still uses an open back surgery. However the incision has looked great from the very beginning & Dr. Gall doesn't take chances with him patients. He takes precautions! He is just awesome to me

Please get a second opinion before seeing Dr. Gall. I hope the word is out among medical professionals not to refer to Dr. gall. My husband started having complications with a spinal fluid leak and then meningitis. Other doctors refused to help my husband because of the mess he made. Arachnoiditis is the final diagnosis...essentially failed back surgery syndrome. Go elsewhere.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I was very impressed with Dr. Gall initially. I was in an emergency situation and had to have neck surgery the next day. I wish I would have had more time to research reviews of past patients and get a second opinion. It's been almost three months since the surgery. I started experiencing pain again about three weeks ago. Now I'm experiencing severe pain again. Over the past few weeks I have made several calls/visits just to be "dismissed" by Dr. Gall. It's his opinion he "fixed" my neck by operating on me in Jan and there is no way I could be in pain. I called in tears asking for pain medication to get me through the night (tomorrow I'm having a myelogram). He refused and frankly, treated me like I was some drug addict or something. If I wanted drugs, I could simply go downtown and by some on any street corner. But, I don't want to do something illegal. After my test results tomorrow - no matter if something is truly wrong or not - I WILL BE FINDING A NEW DOCTOR.
