He is an excellent doctor who truly cares about his patients. He listens and doesn't just dismiss you and your complaints. He also stays on top of what is happening with his patients making sure tests, referrals, etc. are done promptly and properly. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone.

Dr. Paterson made sure every question I had was answered, and he is always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I have been going to him for "years". Their staff is friendly, professional and if I call with a question they get back to me in a timely manor.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
