I had hurt my shoulder from pulling vines out of trees on my property; my bicep ran down on me. I withstood the protocol and 8 months later my shoulder was good as new.
I understand that in various circumstances our medical protocol gets in the way of expedient healthcare.
I've hurt my other shoulder; wouldn't trust it to anyone else!

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Dr. Phillips nurses are the most compassionate and make your visit as comfortable and personal as possible. I couldn't imagine being treated any better!
