I made this appt quickly and was also seen quickly in the waiting room which these days is a miracle. Doc was not all touchy feely but I needed pain relief ASAP and she got right down to business. Showed me techiniqes for helping the pain ease, showed me what was wrong with my shoes, etc. Got two cortisone shots (one in each foot which she warned me woud hurt and were excruciating for "6 seconds," and fitted for an orthotic (that she made sure was covered by my insurance) in under a half hour, I appreciate doctors that respect your time. Staff nice, too.

Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information
