Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

A little, it was faint but I noticed one

They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

First of all, this facility was not very wheelchair friendly. Front desk didn't offer to help hold the door open and was extremely rude to 89 year old woman and myslef. Doctor got in my face and yelled when I remarked on the less than helpful front desk staff. We were asked to leave even though we had an appointment. He kicked us out of his office in extremely cold weather and we had to wait for our ride to come back and pick us up.
