I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
