I was a little disappointed with how uninviting the examining rooms were, I am hoping with the new office, they will liven it up a bit to be more child friendly, more colors and such, it's kind of dreary and cold atmosphere now. When my child is sick, they usually can't get them in on the same day, but I know they work hard to get us in as quickly as possible. I never have to wait long. They were very kind and professional, but I recently had an incident that I was not to happy about and the staff tried to make me feel that I was wrong in the situation. The doctor needs to look into the office staff being confrontational with her patients. The quality of their equipment was fairly current, but it's time for an upgrade. I like the Dr a lot and wondered what has happened to the other doctor that worked with her for a while, she was good too.

Dr. Rainey is a good physician. The biggest problem is the staff. While they are polite and courteous, they often place you on hold for 5 minutes or longer, and fail to respond to voicemail messages within the same day etc. I have often waited all day for a return call just to be sent to voicemail again for appointments, prescription refills etc.

Since they are rarely short staffed- I can never find a good reason why they often fall short. Every time I need to contact their office (prescription refills, health forms etc) I take a deep breath...Dr. Rainey has been my child's provider since birth so I hate to switch doctors yet other offices are so much more efficient.

Dr Rainey is very pleasant and gentle. Her staff on the other hand, I have encountered quite a few problems. It seems that she has possibly tried to do some development, but it still falls short greatly!
