I was a patient of Dr. Tibbals. My carotid was nicked during a tonsillectomy. I think it scared him but he remained professional. My carotid was able to be repaired but I have a 6 inch scar and pain near the incision sight. His staff are horrible! Even after my experience you think they would have been super nice but no. I had speach and swallowing issues after my surgeries and the nurse yelled at my mom for trying to explain my difficulties.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. not in the phone book, difficult to contact, had to do a computer search then no answer at the office to change appt.

They were explained, but not thoroughly

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Yes, I think I could have gotten better service elsewhere
