have only had one appointment so far. I was very satisfied with the tests they ran in the office. He was recommended to me by my Family Dr. I go for A MRI on the 21st and I have another appt. with him on the 22nd for my results. So far I am very satisfied with him and his staff.

Office staff was rude and would not even look up at me when standing at their counter/window. Waiting room was packed and not enough seating, or a working bathroom available. Physician did finally see me, but he was also rude and did not listen to my questions. Later found out by overhearing his office staff that he was in a rush and needing to leave, because he had a new "one-of-a-kind" new car he was going to get!! Glad his "one-of-a-kind" new car was more important than my health (jerk). Never again, I'll stick to an American doctor.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I have received the same bill 7 times of which I have presented proof of payment in person each time. These people are the ultimate example of an IDIOT.
