Dr. Karuna Shah has been caring for my son since July, 2001, when he was first diagnosed with epilepsy. The physician's assistant, Jennifer MacDonald, is frequently who we see for 6-month checkups.

They always make sure every single question we have is answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional.

My husband and I have been very pleased with the care that our has received over the past 11 years. All of our questions are usually quickly answered, and we feel a confidence that Timothy is receiving the best care he possibly can get.

The office was very easy to locate. It is not difficult to find at all.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
