I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. They called me with my test results fairly quickly. I was happy with their promptness. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.
