Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They were very calm and understanding the entire time. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I will absolutely return.
