The worst I have seen

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

No, they could have used some continuing education

No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

No, they were on time

Never, they are very reliable.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

I was shocked when Dr Herman dismissed my concerns as unimportant! She treated me disrespectfully by ignoring my concerns and symptoms, seemed like she was in a hurry, office feels like an assembly line of patients. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that she wouldn't even look into it. I am very upset over being treated so poorly by a Doctor. I feel like I waisted my yearly annual exam with her!!
