The staff at this place, at least the woman that I talked to, are extremely rude. I was trying to figure out what the insurance at my new job would cover. She would not help me at all. Her answer to everything was “I don’t know what to tell you”. Then I tried to schedule an appointment. I told her my schedule, and she still picked an apt time that I had work. I told her I couldn’t come then because of work. She insisted on scheduling it, and told me to try to get off. Which I knew that I couldn’t, so I just called another dr. The new Dr. was more than willing to schedule me when I had time off, and help me with my insurance. Now, I’m getting a bill from Windber saying that I owe $75 because I didn’t cancel my apt. Why would I call and cancel when I told her I couldn’t make it to begin with? Plus, she was rude, so I didn’t want to talk to her again and be treated like crap. Stay away from this place!!

I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They seemed to have known the basics of my medical history before my examination. They asked the usual questions but didn't go into much detail. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider?
I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible
