Look, this guy takes time to talk to you in the office, but he's not much of a doctor. I had a urinary issue and he prescribed an old antibiotic that had long fallen out of favor for this treatment. I had to question him about it and then he excused himself, only to come back and give me a prescription for a stronger antibiotic which was the current standard of treatment. His office staff is not helpful and they won't return phone calls. I was told that Dr. Nichols himself will never talk to a patient on the phone. I am sure there might be legal reasons behind that, but no one explains office policy to you on your first visit. The problem is, in El Paso, you don't have a lot of choices.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful, I just love this place. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. It was his way or the highway. He just didn't listen.

Let me just say that this doctor is awesome! I have already recommended him to my friends. I was so impressed with their care and treatment! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
