The staff were courteous, but the Dr was the other extreme.
When I asked a question he told me that I was annoying,
I was in pain, but the Doctor never gave me a prescription for the
pain. It is my opinion that the Doctor is more concerned about
how many patients he can see in a day. He appears to be strange
in his manner of communication. Would not recommend him,

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They do such a great job and never overbook appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Dr. McLeod is the only one in a very large area here that is listed on my provider directory but I would go to him anyway even if he wasn't listed because of my experiences with him and his staff.

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office?
No, I had to look for a parking spot for a long time
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
No. It took me several times to get through.

No, I was on edge

They barely gave me any information at all. I left with nothing for my pain and no note to at least provide the relief of bedrest. I feel like my appointment was pointless. nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. We won't be coming back, and I"m going to be sure to tell all my friends not to use Dr. McLeod
