Dr Degrauw is always patient and takes his time to answer any questions. He's very welcoming and has a genuine demeanor that makes you feel comfortable.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
