Dr. Sur has one of the most friendly, organized, and caring staffs I have ever encountered in my 42 years. It isn't often that I feel so comfortable with the care of my children in the hands of someone else, however, Dr. Sur is confidant, personable and determined to make and keep my family healthy. I will not see anyone else if I can avoid it. :)

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

My two daughters and myself have been seeing Dr. Sur for close to 10 years now if not longer. She is very thorough in compiling necessary information to begin the diagnostic process and is genuinely concerned about her patient's health needs and care.

I would recommend Dr. Sur to all of my friends and family.

I have had nothing but negative experiances with this doc despite giving her several chances. I just feel like she's blown it too many times. For starters there is a communication barrier, I had a hard time understanding her and feeling like she understood my issues. though I feel this is a valid issue I did proceed despite that, afterall a person's ability to communicate effectively has no bearing on their intelligence. When ever I have had to see her because of unavailibility with my regular doc (who is AMAZING) I have not had my issues resolved, in fact she has made things worse on occasion. From consistant misdagnosis to not being understood to just plain bad advice I have had my fill of Dr. Sur.
