I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable.
