It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.

Not really, sometimes I worry they're going to stop trying to help me
