Dr, Peterson, His Nurse Practitioner, and other Office staff always take that extra step to make me feel special. They actually listen to their Patients! I always enjoy my appointments here. The chairs they had in the waiting room are Padded. I thought they were nice and comfortable. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting for long. I've waited much longer at other offices. They went out of their way to make me or my Family feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. . The Billing Department could use some improvement, But; over all this is one of the Best I've found!

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting.
