Dr. Ubani is a excellent caring person...shows compassion and listens to me about my medical needs. Her staff is very caring and very respectful to me when I go in for appointments or call the doctor office. Dr. Ubani has been my physician for over 7 years plus.

About six years ago when my wife and I first contacted Dr Ubani, but for some unknown reason we broke off contact for about a year. Now we are back with her and we are quite please to be back with her. My wife and I and my daughter,her husband would not go to another family Doctor. Of course when we have walk-in visits, we expect to have a bit of wait due to her many patients, we are aware, but it has never been extremely long. The waiting room is cozy with a modernistic flat screen tv and plenty of reading material. Then there is the convenience of the on site drug store. What else could this doctor provide. We love her

I was satisfied with my visit with this doctor. They were helpful and the nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and listened to all my concerns and answered my questions. Their staff is friendly and professional; I felt welcomed. The wait to be seen as a walk-in could definitely be better but it's not as bad as other offices. The chairs in the waiting room were definitely comfortable and they had the news on the TV and plenty of magazines to keep your interest. I had to utilize their pharmacy during my visit, which was very convenient and impressive; as other doctor offices don't offer that extra benefit. I was comfortable. I wish they would improve their phone skills because you can call and they answer promptly but you will be on hold for a long time! I would also recommend new patients to be very proactive in their own personal care if they want to gain the most out of their medical experience.
