I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
He is a serious professional who will become acquainted with you and give important advice that is specific to what he knows about you.

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

No, it was expensive.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off.

The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
