My mother has been going to Dr. Jones for several years, however when I went to one of her appointments with her I was very disappointed in how this doctor treated her as a patient. He was obviously not interested in answering any of her questions and seemed annoyed that she was there. He didn't even look at her while talking or listening to her. This is also the same doctor that prescribed a very high dosage of aspirin for her and when she questioned why he had told her to take so high a dosage he couldn't remember why it was prescribed in the first place. This caused her to have stomach upsets until she finally cut the dosage down herself. It worries me that she keeps seeing Dr. Jones. I don't consider him to be a good doctor and wish she wouldn't see him, but she is a senior citizen and has the idea that whatever he says is gospel. I don't recommend this doctor. The staff is overworked and no one seems to get back with their patients regarding their lab work in a timely manner. Normally, my mom has to call them after several weeks to even get her lab results.

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.
