I have been a patient of Dr. Kim's since he began practicing in Gwinnett County. I have the highest level of respect for Dr. Kim. He is knowledgeable, always friendly, patient focused and takes a wholistic approach to providing care. His staff is always professional and work hard to make certain the patient is comfortable and well cared for. I can recommend Dr. Kim and his staff with full confidence.

I had been a patient of Dr. Kim's for almost 2 years. On one of my visits when asked what my parents died from, after telling Dr,.Kim that my Mother died from Cirrhosis of the liver, he made a gesture of someone drinking. On another occasion he recommended that I take a medication which required full blood work but did not schedule and when I returned a month later and told him I wasn't comfortable taking the medication without the blood work, he said I have trust issues. After getting another doctor's opinion, I was told that no one starts this medication without blood work. There were other insulting comments from him that convinced me he is a rude and arrogant individual. The one star is for his polite staff. Needless to say he is no longer my primary physician and would not recommend him to anyone.

He is very nice until he has a bad day or you disagree with him then he takes it out on you. Can be very condescending. Contradicts himself from visit to visit. Prescribed a drug for me that is suppose to be avoided for my condition caused problems. Prescribes a ton of drugs without even examining you, then prescribes a ton more for the side effects. Shared confidential information of mine with another patient while criticizing me at the same time. He has shared confidential patient information with me about another patient including patient name, condition, prescription and criticism. There are two sides to him, but I don't trust his ability to treat. Be ware.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

So you want a knowledgeable Doctor with awesome bedside manners and a great caring staff? Look no further! My entire family sees Dr. Kim. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. It was very easy to get an appointment. They are extremely accommdating , even for something as simple as filling out innoculation paper work for my child. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They're very thorough in explaining procedure and treatment options. They answered my twenty thousand -what if-questions, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
