Disclaimer: My review is of the webpage, not the Doctor, who is amazing!

I just opened your website. I really really (do I sound irritated?) dislike having to complete a survey before I've had a chance to read anything on the page.

On first blush, I like the white background and colors you've selected; it's pleasing to the eye. It's not too cluttered, but I would eliminate the third column. Two is plenty. Also I am offended when I go to a webpage and I'm bombarded by Ads, blinking and encouraging me to click on the moving icon. Some of the sections are disguised as an article or information, then you click on the link only to find it is an advertisement. You have ads at the top of this page and down the second column, which is about 40% of the page.

Web pages are being taken over by ads, eating up the space on the page. I understand they help pay for the website, but it's gone too far. Soon, more people will grow tired of this. I just decided it's time to say something.

Yes everything was neat and sterile

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Yes, I bought a beautiful new pair.
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Yes, they need to clean or sterilize their facility more
