My grandmother has been using David Gibson for over 50 years. He has the most disrespectful staff, especially Erica at the front desk. She had an appointment booked for over a month, and since she was out of town during Christmas and did not get the message to call them before 2:30 PM the day before to confirm they cancelled her appointment. She needed this appointment the following morning at 8:15 while we were in town to drive her while her eyes were dilated. They punished her for showing up to her scheduled appointment and made her wait in a room 40 minutes and then chewed her out for making him run behind since he "squeezed" her into an appointment she had scheduled. Dr. Gibson was not any kinder to her once she was in the room. You would think he would treat an 88-year-old, loyal patient with some kindness and respect...BUT NO!! He was awful to her. I do not recommend anyone to this practice.

Their exams are so much better than other optometrists I've been too. The exam was quick and pain-free. I wish all waiting room could be this comfortable. The front office staff was wonderful about helping me maximize how they'd use my insurance. I couldn't have been more informed or satisfied. The one thing I love about them is that they always help me out when I need my glasses repaired or adjusted. They always fix my glasses pretty quickly, so I never have to worry about being without them. It was so nice to arrive and see that there were several staff members available to help me. I've gone to some places that were understaffed and that's always difficult. This place was great, and I'll definitely be going back.

I got an appointment quickly. And I didn't have to wait very long to be seen. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
