I've never had a problem and I've done business with them for years, my family too..the office staff are great, Dr. Lynch has always answered my questions and took his time with me. If had problem with my glasses it was taken care of in a timely manner..

Went in for my yearly check -up on July 18, 2016. Need new lens for my frames (which I had already bought from this business previously) Its been a month now and still have not received my new lens. The first time I went in to get the lens put in they chipped the lens---so because of this I had to now wait for the mistake to be corrected. I have spent my time, my gas and my patients chasing down my new lens- which I have already paid for back in July ,when I went in for my check-up. This is totally unacceptable and a horrible way to run a business.

Dr.Lynch is in it for the money only. Sold me a very expensive pair of eye glasses (I did not have vision insurance) and knew that I had other muscle eye problems. Never could see out of the glasses! Told him- and he said there is every indication that you should be able to see out of them. I went to another eye doctor and she shook her head- said that is nothing close to what you need. In fact, she would not sell me a pair of eye glasses- is sending me to another neuro eye doctor for possible surgery.
I would give him NO STARS-but had to select one.. He was listed as a medical eye doctor under my insurance- no way. I think if you simply need simple glasses, then ,maybe, if not-NO WAY would I refer him!

Dr. Lynch is a great asset to the community and has years of experience treating eye problems. He and his staff are wonderful and I recommend them to everyone who has vision needs.
