The staff is the very friendly and helpful. I have been going to Dr Williams for 30 some years. I would send my friends and family here.. They answered every single question I had, and made it clear that they are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was so pleased with the warm reception I got here-everyone is so friendly! The staff is wonderful about making a real effort to get me in when I need it. They're so helpful and try hard to be accommodating.

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!
