The staff was very rude in fact. Downright unfriendly and unwelcoming. I noted that the chairs in their waiting room weren't the best, but that wasn't too big of an issue for me. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. One of the staffs Felicia was suppose to call back to set up my appointment but she ignored me three times. I am still waiting for the call until now. She is very incompetent and do not deserve to serve patients. Some of the staff suppose to help out also but they are so lazy and slow....I don't trust these people working for the doctor, they don't care...

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Dr. Lai is a kindly and competent physician, and I trust him implicitly. He has cared for both my husband and me, and we can recommend him without reservation.
