Being a patient with anxiety (and like anybody else who visits dentists), Dr. Dudhat at Advanced Dental Esthetics has been caring for my oral hygiene since 2007. Once I find a dentist, I stick with them. Dr. Dudhat is by far, the best dentist I have ever seen in my life! If you need something special done, have anxiety, need a consult, need to work out finance issues, or need an emergency appointment, then there is no other professional dental surgeon to visit.

There's an old saying, 'you can have it done good, fast and cheap, and you can only pick two.' I have chosen, indefinitely, to have my dental appointments conducted 'good and fast,' but not cheap. This isn't to say that Advanced Dental Esthetics is over-the-hill expensive, compared to other practices, but where else can a patient find not only "great" work and "professionalism", as well as quick and quality work? Seldom dental practices offer all of these attributes. And, if a patient needs to work with practice for financial issues, they will take care of you with this endeavor as well. A highly recommended practice, Advanced Dental Esthetics!

Excellent visit overall !, Very honest, very reasonable cost of dental treatment, extensive work done without having to see multiple Drs. outside of the practice. I highly recommend this practice.

I just want take a minute and recognize dr dudhat and his team for their determination, discipline and ownership, my experience success with my teeth, walking in everytime to their office just make feel home, taking care of you as a family member. Their leadership and extra mile to make sure you satisfy with their work and successfully done perfectly. Their commitment is outstanding, the doctor is performance is exceptional. I use to hate dentists but am telling you this time with doctor dudhat and his team really change my perception of the dentist and They will continue to be my favorite, really appreciate their dedication and help me get back on track and having good smile. I will recommend everyone just to stop by their office and you will feel the same feeling I had my first time, they give a 110% to make sure you satisfied, caring about patients is their first priority, that is my opinion from my heart. To all my coworkers at jbs souderton I advice you to go there.

I have never written reviews for any doctor. In this case, i decided to write a review because i don't want someone like me walking into Dr Dudhat's practice getting hurt. All my problems started when Dr Dudhat gave me a night guard to fix my teeth grinding at night.

Earlier in 2015, i asked the doctors in Dr Dudhat's practice why my enamel is wearing away. The doctors told me its because i am grinding my teeth. As a result, Dr Dudhat himself sent the script for making me a custom made mouth guard worth $300. I took the mouth guard home and started wearing at night. In the next 2 or 3 days the mouth guard started to cause me problems. I suffered from cheek pain, migraines and could not open my mouth without pain.

I realized later that the mouth guard was wearing my jaw. I went back to Dr Dudhat. I should say the experience going back was really bad. During my appointment, doctor Dudhat was talking to his staff the whole time and i heard him say he does not want to "waste" 5 minutes explaining things patients. To my biggest shock, Dr Dudhat grinded some part of my front teeth without asking me. Additionally, he makes me a new mouth guard which is called a "Anterior Deprograming appliance"(i figured out the name later) and he said "you had the old night guard, this is a new one and is complementary". He said no word about the wrong night guard which he gave me and never apologized. I should have gotten my money back after he realized what the mouth guard did to my jaw. My experience going back to the doctor was very bad and i felt that the doctors and staff are very unprofessional.

After 2 weeks as i continued to have pain in my jaw, i realized that i might be having TMJ related problems. TMJ which is a misalignment of the jaw can cause migraines, cheek pain and neck pain. I went to a holistic dentist who was a TMJ specialist and he said i am having pain due to the wearing of my jaw as a result of the mouth guard. My jaw was used to my grinding and my muscles were adjusted to the grinding and therefore I had no pain. However when I started using the mouth guard, it changed everything. The muscles started to fight back and my jaw started to hurt.

Dentists make a lot of money with mouth guards and insurance pays nothing. In my case Dr Dudhat did not even ask or check if i had a preexisting jaw problem or grinding problem. The holistic dentist looked inside my mouth and was able to immediately tell me the reason why each of my teeth looks different and also the misalignment of the jaw.

If you have a grinding problem or a jaw problem, please dont walk into this practice. If you are interested in normal cleaning and normal filling, I would say Dr Dudhat’s practice would be an Ok place to go. The doctors in this practice lack enough experience and knowledge to understand preexisting problems. Additionally, the second mouth guard Dr Dudhat made me which is called an "Anterior Deprograming appliance" which fits on the upper front teeth apparently would have broken my front teeth. The holistic dentist asked me to stop wearing it because it was too tight and there is potential of breaking the front teeth. Me and my family were both going to Dr Dudhat’s practice for many years. I am very disappointed and hurt due to all this.

Almost a decade and-a-half ago, I had all my teeth removed and had a full set of upper and lower implants put in. Since then I never had anymore health problems. However, in September of 2013 I was involved in a multi-vehicle accident and several implants were knocked out and several more loosened. This lead me on a dental sojourn I will never forget.

I ended up seeing literally dozens of implant specialist and one very famous Ivy League graduate dental school. After this experience, to say I was shocked, frustrated and very concerned would be the understatement of this century.

Several very reputable implant specialist told me that since they did not put the implants in they could/would not work on my implant issues! Others dentist/implant specialist told me that they would only work on my implant issues if they removed all the implants and started over! The graduate dental school I visited was in such a disarray that I actually knew more about dental implants than the “dentist”/graduated students that examined me. And every one of these “specialist” gave me estimates that ranged for 30% to 75% more than I paid originally! None of them would heed what I suggested which I found out later was the best course of action for my current dental problems.

Fortunately, I decided to visit D3 Dental and a Dr. Dilip Dudhat. From our first meeting forward, Dr. Dudhat listened to my concerns, explained different strategies for correcting my problem and was very negotiable on pricing. I almost fell out of the dental chair for not only could he do the work but in doing the work he displayed a skill and knowledge of implants that I have not seen in any of the numerous other alleged specialist I had encountered over the years. His treatment was astonishingly masterful, completely painless and he made it look so easy in only a way that a true professional can. Half way through the treatment I suggested we change part of the plan and he not only agreed but indicated under the circumstance it was a better adaptation to the problem and it would reduce the overall costs.

Compared to all the other estimates I received, Dr. Dudhat did the work in a quarter of the time anyone else indicated and at 75% less than all other estimates. I would without reservation recommend anyone with dental implant issues to visit Dr. Dudhat for you would be doing yourself a big favor. Oh, did I mention his office staff is outstandingly friendly.

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.
