Horrible experience. Don't take your kids to this place. All they care about is money. We took our 3 year old daughter there and they didn't even attempt to look into her mouth without strapping her into a papoose. Then they charged us $85 for strapping her down. Nobody ever bother talking to her and explaining the procedures to her. Since the papoose was already laid out and waiting on the chair when we got there, I expect it's their common procedure. I guess it's faster than having to talk to a child and gain their trust..

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
