Best Dentist in Redwood City with a mass knowledge of TMJ and all of the proper treatments. You may have pain or disconcerting noise in your jaw joint. Either you are new to this problem, and wonder what is going on, or most likely you have already been to several doctors/dentists as I have and found, that while they know what the problem is, they do not have a long term solution to your pain. Dr. Frankle has helped hundreds of TMJ sufferers to complete pain relief and comfort. If your problem is caused by a bad bite, and 99% are, he can help you right away. The treatment is not expensive or time consuming, with no surgery, no drugs, no complicated treatment regimen. If you need help with TMJ pain please try seeing Dr. Marty Frankel. I have always loved going to him and knew that he did excellent work. However, having just gone through a major dental procedure I can honestly say that I would never trust anyone else with my teeth. Dr. Frankel did everything he could to help me avoid having to have an extraction or spend too much money for work that might be unavoidable. He did an exceptional job; I had almost no pain and the care and level of attention after my procedure from him and his entire staff was simply first rate. I can promise you that a visit to Dr. Frankel will be the best dentist visit you'll ever have!

Dr. Frankel gave me my life back. I had jaw pain and couldn't open my mouth all the way. It would get stuck and had trouble eating. I would also
experience ear pain..After being treated by Dr. Frankel I not longer have
any of those symptoms and I am pain free and able to eat all the foods
I was forced to give up because of the pain. His office staff was great
and always cheerful and made each appointment a pleasant experience.
I highly recommend Dr. Frankel.

I was only 22 years old with a minor TMJ problem when I saw Dr. Martin Frankel. He checked the maximum amount of money my insurance would pay before starting the treatment and charged me with that amount. Since my insurance does not pay a lump sum, but incrementally, he tailored the length of my treatment according to its payment schedule. Once the payment was paid in full, he said my treatment was over. It took well over a year before the maximum amount was reached. Even though my treatment should have stopped a long time ago, he continued to schedule my visits in order to collect the money. My jaw ended up being moved too much and out of alignment. The pain became so unbearable that I needed a stronger dose of pain reliever, which prevented me from driving when taken. When I brought up the pain issue to him, he would say "You said 'fine' when I asked you 'how are you?'...If you sue me, I have it in writing to prove it." I wasn't even thinking about suing when I brought up the pain issue. It has since changed my life and my face forever and I became eligible for Social Security Disability. When the SSI asked him to turn over my file, he refused. Today I am 37 years old and have moved on with my life. I am sharing my experience as a cautionary tale, so no one else would go through what I went through.
