Yes, I trust them

No, it was obvious the staff didn't think he/she was qualified

Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

Yes, it was downright irritating!

No. I still haven't talked to them.

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

Yes! It was very unprofessional!

Absolutely not, I don't even think they brushed their teeth

I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time.

my own words: I came in with a piece of wood in my foot. The elderly doctor numbed the area 4 times while using a scalpel (but no saline rinse to see the wound0, and I left with the wood in my foot. Which in a couple of weeks (in great discomfort) worked its way out of the still open wound. All in all, I was not impressed with lack of technique and little ability by the doctor to remove this wood!

Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise

Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything

Not at all! They were boring and outdated

The visit was a nightmare. The front office is under duress chiefly because of the CEO that hovers over every move the employees make. Our assistant was afraid to make a move for fear of repercussions from the CEO. The patient I took (a minor) had to go to the back by herself. When I asked where it stated that she had to go unaccompanied by an adult they could not produce the information. I was not allowed to go to the dentist chair with her. She sat for over 20 minutes without being seen, I wasn't too impressed with their office, The workers are uninformed and could not answer questions when asked. I would never recommend them to anyone. I feel for the doctors and staff that get the patient after they have been subjected to the front desk mayhem. They must deal with the angry client.

Yes

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

No. I still haven't talked to them.
Did this provider have bad breath?
Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.
Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide?
No, they were able to provide everything they said they would
