They were so kind and attentive to me. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. All my questions were answered. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.

I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, it happens every time I go to the dentist. It wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I love the dentist!!! Dr. Bradshaw is the BEST!I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. The receptionist Diana was a little too argumentative and angry.She didn't seem like she wanted to listen to almost anything I had to say. My daughter is in a great deal of pain and I have had to switch to a different oral surgeon simple because the recptionist decided to be rude. She wouldn't work with the insurance company, she hung up on me when I tried to call and put me on hold for a long period of time. When I asked to speak with the office manager she said she was the manager and had no boss above her! I hope Dr. Bradshaw finds some different caring office staff soon before she loses all her patients!

I have been seen by this Dentist several times. The Dentist is very kind, efficient, and knowledgeable, as are the X-Ray technicians and assistants. The front office staff needs to be replaced by more friendly faces and people with some type of people skills. Just because my primary Doctor has me on pain medications, the front office staff treated me like a drug addict. I had no idea if the pain medications that are given to me for bulging discs would work for the pain after the Dentist pulled two teeth in the back of my mouth. I worked for 14 years as a dispatcher for the City of San Diego and have never been treated like a drug addict in my 53 years on this planet!! It is very unfortunate that Dr. Bradshaw has these people working for her in that I am sure she looses a lot of patients. Maybe she will read this and do something about it or if someone reading this knows the Doctor you would be kind enough to warn her. Personally I have to go back there and do not wish to give already mean people any reason to be meaner.
