I lived an hour and a half away (Schenectady) so I could not make it to enough visits for Dr. Melanie to correct my problem - and the long drive there and back undid her hard work I fear - but Dr. Melanie has one of the best bedside manners of any acupuncturist I have visited. Extremely thorough, high level of concern for her patients.

When I first started acupuncture, I was really concerned that the needles would leave cuts or scars. They were extremely careful and precise and I never had to worry about any cuts or scars. My experience was pretty enjoyable! The waiting room even had a nice selection of entertaining magazine to calm my nerves. I would definitely recommend them to people I know. I was more than happy with the treatments. The staff here was extremely friendly. I felt right at home.

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
