Dr. Laura Vasallo is not just a doctor, she is compassionate, caring and strives for the health and healing of others. She is a wonderful human being. I had many questions and her and her staff would get back to me the same business day. Sometimes, I would get a late email from Dr. Laura herself, WOW!! ....true dedication and concern about my well-being. Chinese and Oriental medicine is very intriguing to me and Dr. Laura understands it very well - for over 30+ yrs board certified, years of experience, and an understands of the mind, body and soul. I highly recommend seeing her for any problem you encounter.

I couldn't believe how much of a difference the herbs they gave me made. They made all the difference. I couldn't believe how great the clinic looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the appearance. It was one of the best looking clinics I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Absolutely!
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this acupuncturist's office?
Yes
Did this acupuncturist promise you results that you didn't see?
Not at all, everything they told me was completely accurate
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

LOVE THIS ACUPUNCTURIST! Ms. Vasallo is an amazing professional who cares for her patients more than most doctors. She truly wants to help and treat her clients. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. She does not rush you and wants to hear all your concerns so that she is able to treat you as best as possible. She is very knowledgeable and is always teaching her clients about what they can do to live better, healthier lives. I will DEFINITELY recommend her to others.
