When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. During my massage, I asked them to change their technique a little. They changed it right away, and adjusted the massage to make sure it was exactly the way I wanted it.

Not at all. They were on auto-pilot the entire time

Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry

A little, it was faint but I noticed one

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

No, the music wasn't relaxing at all
