No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Not at all! They challenged me, but were very aware of my limits

I never much believed that physical therapy made a difference. Both of my children are elite athletes and our previous experience with 3 other physical therapy centers seemed like a waste of money. Then after my daughter sprained her knee 3 days before the league championship game, the school trainer sent us to LI Sports and Rehab. They took her without an appointment and got her back on her feet in time to play in the big game! When my son injured his shoulder I knew where to go and the experience was just as positive. He rapidly improved plus they had personal trainers on site so he could keep his physical fitness level up while recovering from the injury. Each time we step through the door we are treated with great courtesy. I would never go anywhere else and I highly recommend them to all.
