I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.

Dr. Yale was great; understood how problems in distal parts of my body related to the spine, and the adjustments helped. Staff provided helpful pre-adjustment relaxation procedure. Pleasant office; clean and professional w/o feeling sterile, more daylighting than typical office.

I have been to many health care providers including chiropractors. Dr. Yale is the most professional, caring individual I have ever met. He takes so much time with each patient to make sure you are getting the best care possible. There is never any pressue to come back for treatment or purchase products. When you arrived, they offer you a heat treatment for your back free of charge before you see the doctor. His office is very clean, organized, and the magazines are current!! Not that you get to read them very long as he sees you promptly as scheduled. The highest marks go to Dr. Yale and his wonderful staff. I would never go anywhere else for chiropractic treatment.
