I was always treated with respect by the friendly, knowledgeable staff. Dr. Jurgensen discovered a serious condition and sent me to my primary doctor. I have always had relief from my pain fairly quick (pain relief cant come quick enough!!).

They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They've given me a ton of nutritional and lifestyle tips. They know how important it is for my recovery.

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. At some of the other places I've been to, the chiropractor had super cold hands, so I was a little nervous I would have to deal with that here, but I didn't at all. I was more comfortable than I've ever been anywhere else. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
