Never, they are very reliable.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

I am very picky and iffy of whom I let touch me never the less pop my neck. But as soon as I walked in the staff was friendly and the doctor as well. The Doc actually listens to you, doesnt cut you off and is also very understanding. I love it. I have had pain for years and beleive it or not after I left the office. I felt sore but a day later I felt like new. I was at the grocery store without feeling uncomfortable being on my feet. I LOVE IT AND IT IS WELL RECOMMENDED TO SEE DR DEWALD "DOC".
