I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.

I was told before my first visit 11 years ago that Dr. K was 'a gem.' He is more than that. He is a healer and wellness provider. He is a concerned and firm chiropractor who knows exactly what he is doing. A patient doctor to my son who scribbled on his walls with crayons as a young child, and now needs adjustments more than ever as he plays varsity football. He is also a wise father who annually organizes a 5K race to benefit his son and many others with his son's rare condition.

I'm 38 years old and I have been to other chiropractors. Dr. K does it the way you would expect and hope for, no gimmicky electrodes, just straight forward manipulations. He genuinely listens to you about your week, and how your body feels and what you've been doing with it. I see him regularly for 'maintenance' which I consider preventative care. Visits help me avoid excessive allergic reactions, asthmatic issues and neck pain from an injury when I was in elementary school. I stay healthy by visiting him every two weeks. His office hours are reasonable with many weekday evenings and Saturday mornings available for working parents, and his staff are very helpful, kind, and patient particularly concerning the numerous insurance hoops they attend to.

Dr. Kotheimer and the Chardon Family Chiropractic staff are highly recommended!
