Was calling to make an appointment for my son about questions on treatment for ADHD. Was told by the secretary they don't see children after April? Well .... I believe there are still 5 weeks of school. I asked again if I could make an appt and talk about it with the Doctor. Well I guess the secretary makes the decision if you can see the doctor? How frustrating!!! Again was told no! The office manager stated I could call and get an appt with the hospital psychologist. WOW!! What great customer service from the secretary!! I thought if you asked to get an appt for the doctor and recommendations and treatment options you would be able to see the Doctor?
