As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.
