They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I really didn't like that they didn't have separate "sick" and "well" areas for the kids in the waiting room. I thought it was very inconsiderate of them. It was really nice to see how patient they were with first-time mothers. I've seen some other pediatricians get really annoyed whenever a first-time mother asks a question, but they don't do that here. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
