I have been seeing Dr. Kraus now for 3 months and he has been wonderful. He is the only "DO Dr.", while the others are "MD". Dr. Kraus has been giving me spinal injections since I started and also pain medication. He does not over medicate like some other doctors but if your pain is proven, he will give you 4 pain pills per day, along with the injections. First three months, he will "stack" them monthly and then start doing them every three months. His nurses are extremely nice, along with his other staff. I can't say the injections are the answer as of yet but they do seem to be helping a little. I can't speak on the other doctors in the same facility but I'm glad I ended up with Dr. Kraus. He does listen to you and he tells you like it is.

Absolutely the BEST Pain Control over 20+years of treatment after trying MANY DIFFERENT places!

Dr. Willis is a GREAT Dr. I have the pump now and it has been the greatest pain control EVER, especially after Soooo many years of suffering pain only being helped a little by all sorts of Different medications and also the pain of having to deal with them.

What a outstanding difference for the past couple years!!

Been a patient here for 7 years. It started out great, I was on great medication, and my nurse practitioners were awesome. I had a car accident and was recommended a pain pump. It went down hill FAST from there. I've been treated like a addict and, Told my opinion didn't matter, I was told to shut up, and that I was talking crazy. My pain has increased but my level of care has not.

I have been made to take classes that haven't helped me or anyone else who have taken them. I want go somewhere else but to take out the pump would require 5 weeks, because the Fentynal is very addictive, and the withdrals are going tobe hell.

I've been places before where they counted my pills and made me feel like an addict but also treated everyone this way. But, ALPC hasn't made me feel that way ever. I do think they are doing alot of unnecessary things whether it's to make extra money or not. I had one injection treatment in the office and it was the most painful I'd ever had. They offer no pain medicine or anything to calm you. I was ignored during the treatments while the doctor talked to the other nurses and sang to his music. I am on a medication that has helped me more than any other clinic has so I can't complain too much. But after going for 7 months now, I can't get them to up my medicine any. They say it's either another injection or nothing. So I'm stuck with same levels of everything and the more I do, the more I hurt, so I'm not able to be more active like I'd like to be. I now see a nurse practioner since I don't get injections and she's a cold fish. It's turned into a cattle mentality now, herd them in, hand out the script, type in the computer the same thing and herd them out. UP to you to try them. They are not horrible, and no where else is even any better. They do offer PT and counseling for depression in the same building so you can do more than just get scripts.

I should have realized that these doctors were not to be trusted when, during the first appointment, they told me that I was not to discuss my treatment with anyone. I couldn't discuss it with my spouse or even my doctor! The mandatory psychological counseling was not even borderline abusive, it was out and out abusive. If you were not a born again Christian who didn't believe in evolution, you were targeted for psychological torture by "Dr. George". When you are told that you "think too highly of yourself for your station in life" because you believe in science, you're not the one with the issues, the psychologist is. "Dr. George" should have any credentials he's ever had stripped and he should never,ever, be able to see patients again. In short, this clinic is nothing more than a money mill for the owners. the only thing that they care about is their cash flow.

This company is being sued due to mal-practice. Overcharging their patients and making them take un-necessary tests. And they push the pain pump on you that does not really work. Please pray for another place that id Godly. The staff is not very Christian like and the language and attitude is not very friendly. Stay away.
